Henry Urbaniak, MD, is a 1961 graduate of University of Pennsylvania, and specializes in general orthopedics.

Urbaniak received his orthopedic surgery residency training at Massachusetts General Hospital in 1967. He served in the United States Army in 1968 and 1969. He was stationed in Landstuhl, Germany.

He became board-certified in 1969 and enjoyed a solo practice for 27 years.
