Employee Resource Groups

The African-American/Black Employee Resource Group (AA/BERG) and Hispanic/Latino employee resource group, Active Latinos at Lifespan (ALL), were created to:

• promote employee development and advancement through workforce diversity;
• promote an increased awareness and visibility of diversity issues across Lifespan; and
• develop initiatives to retain and recruit a talented, diverse workforce.

Both groups are open to all Lifespan employees, regardless of race or ethnic origin.
