disabled and autistic children and teenagers (provided by Hasbro
Children's Hospital)
- Specialized sensory processing and integration therapies
Communication Disorders Services
within hospital-based programs include:
- Differential diagnosis of PDD, autism, specific language impairment,
mental retardation, and inter-relationships between communication
disorders and maladaptive behaviors in children and adolescent.
- Expertise in caregiver training.
- Limited outpatient
services for speech language evaluations or treatment internally,
or as referral to Lifespan affiliates or outside agencies as appropriate.
