Training Program OverviewOne of the the main goals of the Centers is to educate the next generation of outstanding researchers through training in the scientific disciplines of behavioral and preventive medicine. The Centers provides a supportive environment for research and training that embodies the values of integrity, respect and collegiality. Currently, the Centers includes over 50 faculty members and trainees
collaborating actively with each other and with other centers and departments
at Brown (campus based, medical school and public health),
inter-institutionally and internationally. The Centers has a nationally
recognized pre-doctoral internship and postdoctoral fellowship training
program in behavioral medicine. There are several formal training
